In response to the Circuit Court of Cook County’s surging trial calendar, Resolute is pleased to introduce Resolute’s Accelerated Mediation Program (RAMP). This Program, which may be customized, is primarily designed for two-party disputes (Plaintiff(s) v. Defendant). The RAMP mediation process offers you and your client the most streamlined, cost-effective mediation experience available in professional dispute resolution anywhere.* Resolute’s seasoned mediators are highly effective at successfully resolving disputes through RAMP, Resolute’s streamlined mediation process.
RAMP Mediation Features
- One-hour of mediator preparation time
- Two & 1/2 hours of remote mediation time
- A $975.00 flat fee per side
Mediation Submissions
Resolute’s mediation brief template provides you and your client a confidential mediation submission up to ten pages in length. Each side may also submit an additional ten pages of photographs or demonstrative exhibits. If necessary, the parties are able to share further exhibits with the mediator during the mediation session. RAMP is just one click or call away.
