Resolute Systems is pleased to welcome mediator/arbitrator Eugene K. Hollander to our Chicago team of dispute resolution professionals.  Mr. Hollander retired from his litigation practice in 2022, and now serves exclusively as a neutral mediator or arbitrator. Mr. Hollander’s practice was concentrated in the representation of individuals in catastrophic personal injury cases and representing management and individuals in all phases of employment and commercial litigation. Mr. Hollander has experience litigating sexual abuse claims, workplace accident claims, automobile accident cases, professional negligence matters, breach of employment contracts, employee handbook issues, claims of sexual harassment, sexual discrimination, age discrimination claims, lawsuits brought under the Americans With Disabilities Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act.
