Judge Thomas Mulroy (Ret.) will present a four-part CLE for The Chicago Bar Association on “Advocacy Skills Specific to Bench Trials in Commercial Cases” sponsored by the CBA’s Business Divorce and Complex Ownership Issues Committee.  Each seminar will include guest speakers.

• April 12, 2022 – Direct Examination
• May 10, 2022—Cross Examination
• June 14, 2022 – Closing Arguments
