Judge Mulroy is a full-time mediator and arbitrator handling complex disputes. Mulroy has a depth of legal experience gained from his years as a federal prosecutor, trial lawyer and judge and he uses it to help parties resolve disputes. Judge Mulroy was a judge for fifteen years in the Law and Chancery Divisions of the Circuit Court and heard and mediated cases concerning every type of commercial, contract, construction, employment, business divorce, professional malpractice, securities, and real estate cases imaginable.
