Leading Chicago Med-Mal Mediator Joins

Michael Clancy Picture

April 11, 2014–Michael W. Clancy, a highly regarded Chicago Medical Malpractice Mediator, has joined Resolute Systems the firm announced today.

“We are extremely pleased and excited to announce that Mike Clancy has joined Resolute’s Chicago Team to provide mediation and arbitration services,” said Ryan J. Hamilton, President of Resolute Systems, LLC. “Mike is one of the most effective medical malpractice, hospital negligence and nursing home negligence mediators in the Midwest.  We are delighted to make his services available to our Chicago and Midwestern clients.”

Clancy began his mediation practice in 2006.  Although more than half of the cases Clancy mediates are Medical Malpractice cases, he has helped litigants resolve a wide range of disputes including auto and truck accidents, premises liability and construction, as well as probate and real estate disputes.

“I really enjoy helping people resolve their disputes,” Clancy said.  “Medical Malpractice, Hospital Negligence and Nursing Home cases can be especially challenging cases to mediate.  These disputes are often faceted with liability, emotional and economic issues.  When we get these cases settled, it brings closure to the parties both emotionally and financially.”

Clancy will mediate out of Resolute’s Chicago office at 150 South Wacker Drive.  Additionally, he will continue mediating out of his suburban St. Charles office, which will now expand to host Resolute Systems suburban mediations as well.

“Mike is an excellent addition to our Chicago team,” said Michael E. Weinzierl, Vice President of Resolute Systems.  “He joins an elite group of mediators.”

Clancy is in his fourth decade as a trial lawyer. As a litigator, Mr. Clancy limits his practice to the representation of seriously injured people and their families. He has tried cases in four states in both state and federal court.

For more information, contact Mike Clancy at 630.584.7666 or Mike Weinzierl at 312.346.3770, ext. 125.  You can also visit Clancy’s website at www.clancymediations.com.
