Weinzierl, Vice President of Resolute Systems. “They are exceptional mediators, and being recognized again by the Chicago legal community is a tremendous honor. I think this shows how highly regarded Frosty and Jennifer are by the lawyers who mediate with them.”
Faustin Pipal was voted the Best Individual Mediator in Chicago, and Jennifer Duncan-Brice was voted Top Two Best Individual Mediator in Chicago in the 2015 reader survey.

Jennifer Duncan-Brice attributes her success as a mediator to thorough preparation and not giving up on getting the case resolved.  “I think it’s important to come to every mediation prepared and committed to the process,” she said. “I try to take this approach, and I think that helps me be an effective mediator.”

According to the National Law Journal , over 1,400 readers cast votes in the 2015 survey.  Only the Chicago Legal Community was allowed to vote. The National Law Journal has the largest paid circulation of any weekly publication serving the national legal community. It is owned by ALM, the preeminent 171-year-old legal publishing company.
